I just ran 3 miles though. Thats my new best. Next goal is 6 miles

 

After 6 miles, you will feel like you can run forever. I haven't really run since high school, but I used to run track and cross country.

 

I have never been a runner. I think being slightly over ideal weght had alot to do with that. Not seriously over, but after losing 10-15 lbs My knee's dont hurt at all.
