I just want the option of getting a bucket of fried chicken when I want a bucket of fried chicken. but strips are good.

Ok, here's a poll.....


Vehicle Price & equipment is exactly the same

MY09 @ 2.9% APR
MY10 @ 4.5 % APR

Here's the question. Do you opt for the MY09 for the lower payment but potentially less value after a few years

OR

MY10 that costs you a bit more but will be (potentially) worth more if you only keep it 3-4 years

I worked this out in excel and have my answer, just curious what everyone thinks...

pete, seems to me that the answer relies on the price of the vehicle as well as the insurance difference 09 vs 10. if there is no difference in insurance, I'd most likely opt for the lower payment as future value depends on a lot that no one can control.
