Around 9%. I never traded and private seller but you may see if you can get a written doc from the seller listing trade and values. Maybe you'll get lucky and the county clerk will only charge you tax on the difference. Call your county clerk TODAY and ask them if that is doable and what you need in writing.

Ive bought both of my s2000's now right around the same time. My first was like the 2nd week of November in 06
