It's against people who sit in the fast lane while bottle necking traffic up instead of getting the F U C K OVER!.

I get super annoyed at the morons on the road talking on the cell while eating in the fast lane going 65 while everybody is passing them on the right. It's an everyday thing trying to get to work, you have 10 cars bumper to bumper in the fast lane and three open lanes to the right, idiots.

When I'm on a road trip I want to get where I'm going or get home.
