The service manual calls for a T30. I just bought one of the pocket knife type that has about 6 different sizes. Don't forget to disconnect the negative battery cable and wait 3 minutes before disconnecting the SRS system! Do you have a steering wheel puller? I have to borrow one to get my wheel off?

 

I've never used a steering wheel puller for whatever that's worth. I've always just pulled them off.

 

Went downstairs to find my bolts from the removal, confirmed T30. Also, don't let the clock reel rotate either.

I dont mind getting one if its needed, but If I dont need one I'll start taking mine off now, as the new one should be here shortly. As of 915 it was out for delivery.

 

As always, but little as posible. My garage is a little cold today. Pulling the other headlight then back to control arms.

 

Phone was showing 17 a little bit ago....

 

Just went and rented the puller. Might as well make it easy...

 

rent for cheap is way better than buying to use once
