compared to the weather we have had as of late,

I'd rather sweat.

 

its 20 degrees with a wind chill of 5 here ftl

Well yeah, it's better than freezing no doubt.

 

but sweating while its freezing....even worse

 

especially when you're in the mountains & it is 2 degrees & your wife keeps unzipping the sleeping bag to go pee & all your sweat freezes, she gets back in - sweat thaws. She gets out - sweat freezes.
