I personally wouldn't want a Mugen top on my daily.
i am agreeing with you & saying that not only is it everything you listed - it isn't even a Mugen.

oh, I thought you were correcting me. but yes, that is a big factor too. although some of the reps are of pretty decent quality, I'm not certain that a $1500 (shipped) example will be.
