Chris/Alex - You see my latest eye candy from earlier? The M&P 22LR?

I watch a ton of reviews on it, got some good ones. Once I return from the NJ we need a range day.

It's empty here. I busted my ass last week to get a ton done. I turned in a report yesterday and that's it. I'm done. I have a training class to take care of but that's easy.

I'm in cruise mode until I leave tomorrow.

Chris how's NJ? Where are you guys staying? Any plans?

I just am not a big fan of a gun that is supposed to LOOK like a bigger better thing, but isn't. I know you don't want to drop coin on a real AR, but if you just want a .22lr I still think Ruger 10/22 is the way to go.

That's like buying Rotas in gun speak & just my opinion. It is a neat thing to have if your 13.

Yup, The MP-22 is pretty sweet. My local shop has one, it's very light. I'd love to add one to the safe.

The S&W has all the ergonomics of a AR, and holds the bolt open on the last shot unlike the Colt .22 AR. If you want a plinker that looks like an AR or a rifle to train with that is cheaper to shoot I don't see the problem. I like the GSG-5's too

NJ is cool. We are in Howell. We went to NYC yesterday to visit with the misses extended family. Not much planned yet, after 31 hours in a car the past 3 days we aren't in a hurry to go anywhere.
