Chris - got the lights! Packaged FTW. Holy shit those ballasts are HUGE
On a sad note - I know I joke a lot but I'm pretty ****** upset today. The pup we recently got isn't going to work for us or any family looking for a stable pet. Before you get all pissy and make stupid comments that "it's just a puppy" we've heard it all week...we ****** tried so many things to help her this week in her new home. The more time went on we realized things about the breeder that caused this. Buyer beware, we ****ed up though. Finally after a few Vet visits and calls into specialists, they determined the dog came from a bad breeder and has emotional issues. Me nor the wifey have the time to care for the dog to rehabilitate her, if even possible. We confirmed this w/ various Vet's and they even suggested using doggie anti-depresants or sedatives. Anyway, there's a non-profit group that specializes in these dogs and they're picking her up tomorrow. ****** heartbreaking. Honestly, I could care less that I just dumped 600$+ the last week to help her and I REFUSE to return her and get my money back. I wont put her back in the breeders hands. At least the puppy will be going into a foster home w/ other friends and she'll hopefully get better over time and go to a new home. I also plan on calling the AKC and the other organizations to investigate this breeder too.
bleh
hate to hear that dude.
but good for you, really.
having worked with animals for quite a long time, I've definitely learned a lot about them based on where they came from. things that most people will never learn. unfortunately a good majority of those that don't learn them still experience it first hand, but don't do anything about it. or are too blind to notice it/care.
hopefully you can track down another pup if so desired.
