LoL, I spent the same and had around 150 kids or so. Ended up with about 10 pieces left when I finally shut my lights off 2 hours after they started.

I had none left. I gave all mine away and was too slow getting inside and turning the lights off so I had to turn some away.

sweet. i realize it now after i bought my hardtop that hardware crap is expensive... now i need to figure a way to install weather stripping on it.
Indeed. This is why it actually isn't cheaper to by Mugen style as opposed to authentic if you're gonna try to run OEM hardware. That's why it's so expensive in the first place since it comes with all that stuff. The hardware that comes with those other ones does look like crap.

So I was ticketed for 74 in a 30 on the Dragon. Blount county, first offense. He let me off without reckless driving thankfully.

Anyone else get ticketed on the dragon and know what I'm in for? I've heard Blount county is pretty lenient when it comes to first offense speeding.

you try to save some money ends up biting you in the ass. this is starting to become a very expensive lesson. i got the seibon CF top for 1800 but, it looks like i'm going to spend another 1000 just get the damn thing mounted.

this is of course without paint.

Yup, Thats how it goes....

I paid under 2k for my OEM hardtop with all hardware and fresh paint. Granted it was from a friend, its still an average price for an oem.

If I were to do the mugen style, I'd get the one from king motor sports. It was 2600 when I was looking, thats minus paint, but still after its all said and done its about the same price and probably fits a bit better.

No idea. I've not been back since the coppers have been out in full force.

FTL Unless you're tracking or are gonna rock it with the crappy hardware that comes with it, it's not so much of a deal. OEM ftw!
