FAIL why the F do developers do that? My coworker who I carpool with? I can't go up his driveway. It is so steep even the boxster bottoms out unless you come at it from some crazy angle & real slow. The s2000 was definitely impossible without hearing AW$EQWDASE!@#!SSSKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKRRRRRRRRRRRRRRS SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS crunch.

Ditto, we are going to look at it on Wed or Thurs night. Has been on the market for a good while now, low ball offer will be made
Reason's for low ball offer is, the house looks like the 60's still, so I'll need to do ALOT of upgrading
All in all, just pulling those ugly carpets should help alot! Hope the hardwoods are in good shape!!
