I'd think if you were gonna do that it would just be cheaper to get one either custom made or a bolt on version. I can't imagine the welding that would have to be done would be cheap.

 

find a bolt on kit.... you're looking at ~100$ just for welding, and that's going to some random guy who's looking for quick cash.

 

Too much headache for all that. Plus, little to no re-sale if you didn't like the sound etc.

There are a few good options, but at a grand+. I just can't do that right now lol

My header to cat, cat to exhaust is rust welded together. I need to get it fixed. May have a lead on a good Cat. Need the lower section of the stock header. If I had to, I would just cut off the flange and weld another one on.

 

Hmm...I'm sure you could piece together a setup using an in-line cat (universal type)
