Hope everyone had a great Christmas! We had a good one. Back to the same old same old now....

I think she had a good time. Seemed more aware of what was going on this year.

 

Pictures make me think I remember older X-mas'es, but they're mostly a blur now. Good blurs though.

I didn't sleep much on Christmas Eve as I had food prep to do that night and then I had to be up early on Christmas to get cooking. I must say my Captain Black Label and Apple Spiced ham turned out exceptionally well this year.

Not that x-mas blows now, but when I was a kid - it was fking awesome. We used to go see both my Grandparents so the loot intake was ridiculous since I had 2 aunts with kids on both sides of the family. When puberty hit though it started to suck because all my cousins were my age & we were seeing them in their town since they all lived in the same state as my Grandparents so they'd all be off doing their own thing & everyone had agreed to stop exchanging gifts, so instead of playing Star Wars or Evil Kenevil, shooting bb guns or whatever it was being bored off my ass & being grilled relentlessly by my relatives with no where to hide. Plus, c'mon when you're a teenager you hate being stuck with your parents doing anything basically. Somehow that hate being with the parents thing stuck for me though.
