Yep. I agree with this. It's no big deal if it takes an additional week. Dude, you'll be pissed if everything isn't 100% and once you sign it's gona be impossible to get someone out there to fix or adjust somthing.

 

They've already got your money, why would they come back?

 

Good thing is they still have to finish the community so they will be around for a while. House has a one year bumper to bumper basically and a lot of other things have 5-10 year warranty, the walk through went really well today and nothing major needed to be fixed, just some smaller sanding here and there and paint touch ups.

 

I'm looking forward to the house so I can finally have a naked room.

today after clinical one of my friends in class has never started an IV on a real person.

So I volunteered to let him stick me....I have nice fat fluffy veins.....I recorded it with my phone.

It was painful at times....but I was laughing so hard...my instructor was laughing, he was laughing and telling me to shut up. Ah, you had to be there, but I do have a couple vids that are entertaining none the less.
