When I went for the interview for the extern position at the hospital, I pretty much got the same thing, like they were planning on me working there by the referencing of future concerns and situations.
She asked me random "standardized" questions.
Then she said, "oh God these are dumb".....and started asking me questions that pertained to common situations, after that she showed me around the floor, introduced me to the staff, and told me how I could "get around" the 20hr per week cap in the summer so I could have extra hours while Im out of school.

BTW I have already put in for a transfer to another floor.
I like where Im at now....but it wasn't my first choice......if I don't get the transfer it's no big deal......but if I didn't try then I would wonder if I could have made it or not. Plus it'll be a lot more interesting, and challenging. ICU FTW.

Just when things start to turn around for you....boom.
You get notice mgmt is trying to dick you out of 3500 bux and your hand breaks soon after.
Hrm...guess no rims or new kitchen/bathroom countertops.
