Yep, the iphone is in no way a smart phone. Although it should be passable for most people wanting the basic functionality. The main restriction it that it wont sync to exchange which is a real problem.

I don't have an ipod and have been itching for a phone that will check my email and hold a decent todo list. From that perspective the iphone will be a good solution.

The fact that it's running edge is one thing that really bothers me, I'm not keen on such a slow data rate and would prefer 3G but I wont really know how much of a problem that will be for me until it's released.

 

Sweet. I found out through work I get a sick Cingular discount too.

I save like 25 bux over verizon a month.

 

Everybody tries to sue Apple and get a piece of their profits.

 

It's business as usual so far. There haven't really been any big changes so far.
