20+ min fighting w. Verizon on the phone.

They are arguing that .05$ isn't an adverse amount to me.

Amazing, how can they make that judgement call.

Well 40 min on the phone and after talking to a CSR & Supervisor I will be awaiting a call from someone else within 24 hours.

I'm trying to port my # over to cingular w.o. having to pay the 175$ term fee.

Here's the deal and was basically my statement over and over.

There is a price increase and your legal statement bla bla bla says that I can terminate w.o. a fee. That's it.

They tried to tell me that the small increase on texting wasn't going to adversly effect me, to which I said, "how can you know what does and doesnt effect me".

Then they said, "oh well get the next plan higher if you're worried". I explained that's a bait and switch or illegal sales tactic.

Then finally she was like, we cant do it....bla bla bla cant do it.

And i said over and over, you're not making a point, you're just reading or telling me what you want to happen.

Finally she agreed that she couldnt help me and someone would call me within 24 hours.

Wow. Of all the days to have it break.

My brother had to replace both central heating & air this year...that cost him a pretty penny. Gota love home equity loans.
