I have not - if this were the 1st time this had happened or if I were still in "real" pain like I was Friday - I would - I'm good - just still cautious and slow (on purpose). I told Pete that I may come with a cane ...and a fur coat(not).

It still wouldnt be a bad idea to get looked at and possibly schedule a scan to be safe. There are alot of things that can sneak up on you with back injuries. You don't want to be regretting lack of followup 10 years from now.
