No, it's just a little further drive. But the offer was "take it or leave it" and I needed room for negotiation.

Guess I'm here for at least the rest of the year.

I usually leave the "take it or leave it" offers in life. I don't know if that has been the right thing to do or not, but whenever I rush into something I inevitably regret it in some form or fashion...
