The two times I was like "nah, I'll pick everything up when I get back, nobody's coming to look at it today" somebody wanted to come look at it. FTMFL.

 

I had one say they would come between 2 and 5
so i go waste 3 hours, come back around 5:15
start chillin in the tub around 5:30
and by 5:45 I've got 4 people in my living room while i'm busting ass trying to find a towel so they don't get to see my twig and berries

 

Did you ask them WTF they were doing there? That's some !

 

yep which is why we move 1st - then sell after we're out - can't do it otherwise.
