1.) people that use it as a primary care center or clinic and
2.) people that are not injured enough to be there--you know the people that have a small cough or sneeze.

maybe in the hooters parking lot, but it was "rainin sideways!" when it happened so I couldn't see anything when I rolled it out of the parking spot.
luckily it still started to give me power steering.
a buddy's comin over tomorrow night to help me bleed it.
