My wife and I were talking about it this morning. First thing she said when they started mentioning it wasn't a tumor, she said 1)it's probably a worm and 2)the patient is probably Hispanic. Right on both counts. She said it's really not that uncommon. There have been several patients that have come into Parkland Hospital with this.
