that is an L spine Fracture. (Lumbar see image below)
one of the worst that's came through the ED in a while. This is the kind where you don't walk again..... but she may. she had complete feeling and movement. the last time I read her file she had quad weakness but still had movement sensation after surgery.
Also note the Pelvis how it has a line on each side = broken
again look at the kidneys (no jake not the front of your car douche
) how they are displaced and not symmetrical = anticoo
