So, last night Jake and I hit up the Preds game.

Anyway...we went to the game expecting some excitement and....well...we exited w/ 15 minutes of fame.

We were both selected to compete in a mid-game contest sponsored by O'Charlies. It was a pie eating contest...lol.

In the middle of the 3rd period during a timeout, the jumbo-tron scanned over to Jake and I plus one other contestant. Each one of us already won a prize pack but were eating for our section to win free O'Charlie pies...lol.

Anyway, the guy from 104.5 was introducing us and we were both pretty nervous...lol....as to be expected when 20k people are staring at you....anyway, 3, 2, 1...BAM! pie pie pie pie pie "10 seconds to go"....then I was like OMG I can't breath...GULP GULP.....'Time!'

Ha, during the frenzy they told us that we could use our hands to shovel the pie in well...I did and I shoveled some of it off the table into Jake's pie...lol.


I was a close 2nd with Jake not far behind, but alas, the other guy won despite the close race.

Anyway, that's our 15 minutes from last night.
