Split in Soft Top - Defective
I have a split in my soft top from a defective frame, I guess. It's an '05 and under 36,000 miles, so Honda said they would replace it. I've heard others who weren't so lucky because they were just outside of their warranty.
Update: We found the sharp edge that's rubbing against the top when it's let down (second photo). For those who get a replacement top, please file down or round off this edge (on both sides) - or you will need another top in a few years. For those with new rides, do it as a preventative measure.

Where are you from?
Hey, I just noticed we have the same interior/exterior. I would love to ride in your 2000 to see the difference in our engines; mine is an '05. Have you made any modifications to your car? Chat later

Do you work in Maryland Farms? I got my top replaced under warranty and it ripped in the same spot. You should not have any trouble with it.
I teach at a private school in Franklin. I play tennis sometimes at the Maryland Farms YMCA. I'm always going through there for something though.

Honda is replacing mine without a problem, but check out my update at the top of the page. Check your frame for the sharp edge that's causing it.
