I might have a setup for you...it's at my gf's parents....I forgot which it is...NordicTrack. It's got the springs for weights...
like this...not sure if that's what you're looking for. Doubt it would be expensive though.

My roomate in college had a bowflex. It was ok. If I had it at home I would probably never work out. The gym I go to is like $19 a month, but if I go to the gym I work out pretty hard and go home. If it was at home I probably would just put it off and never do it.

hey all you guys in the north nashville area....the best gym is First Baptist in Hendersonville it's only 15 dollars a YEAR for a membership and they have more weights and machines and tracks and basketball courts than you can shake a stick at...its a huge ass church
