(AUS)Bumper Damage
I just got new tires at NTB.. Picked up my car last night and took it to get it washed. (I park in a personal garage) Woke up with my bumper cracked (infront of drivers tire) and a gash out of my front lip in which appears to where the Point of Contact was.
When I called NTB they basically told me they will look at it to see if they could have caused it. My assumption is they hit something with the front lip on my car causeing the bumper to flex and therefor cracked. I have a bad feeling they are going to try to say they didnt do it even though I know it wasnt there prior to dropping the vehicle off.
I am having trouble uploading any sort of pictures but whether or not NTB accepts responsibility I need to know what I can do to fix this. As small as it may seem it is a HUGE deal to me. I would like to know if it can repairedor needs replacement. If it is repairable, how does a shop go about fixing this? Also any good body shops that I should go to in Austin. Thanks in Advance..

Bummer! From personal experience I'd suggest finding a very good paint shop. My insurance company handled a similar bumper repair with Roger Beasley's auto body repair shop several years ago. After a few years the filler they used started to crack.
I'll say the best in Austin is probably Jeff's Auto Body but they take an extraordinary amount of time for even a minor repair. Weeks not days.
