so i hit a tire on 281 awhile back now im just getting around to fixing it..the lower front lip is cracked pretty good and needs to be molded i guess back together w/ some paint on it..any suggestions on where to take it?

 

Might be easier just to put a new one on instead of paying the labor.... But if you really want to talk to a body shop, try Gunn Collision on I-10 by the Acura dealer.

Gunn Collission is booked till August!..they're still working on cars from the bad storm we had almost 2 months ago where all the power went out and tons of hail damage occured!..thats unbelievable..

 

Oh, I believe it.... They're a good shop and there were a TON of cars damaged.

I used this shop to fix the damage done by a person who clipped the fender and snout with a boat trailer. Their insurance company was progressive and the progressive rep said if I used a blue star repair facility if the repair ever needed to be fixed ths blue star would warranty it for life and if they wouldn't progressive would recover it.

This is where I went and was/am totally satisfied. A clean shop and they would post thier progress on the net. I called the local BBB and they left me with the impression that they had a good reputation.
