I have an OEM clutch disk. The guys at Precision R said it has plenty of meat left. You can have it for free if you want it.

The S2000 already has a fairly lightweight flywheel from the factory. If you go too light, it will be annoying to drive on the street, especially when you get stuck in traffic.

On my red CRX, with its 7lb aluminum flywheel and 6-puck solid-hub race clutch, you pretty much rev the car up to ~2k rpm and drop the clutch... Spin the tires for a half second and then go... It's pretty insane.

I'd imagine lots of chatter.

Chatter is caused by the clutch disc itself, the material it is made of, and if it has springs or not. A lightweight flywheel just makes it more of a pain for street driving.
