Bought the eBay N1 2.5in single for $115. I'm anxious to see how this runs for the price. I'm holding off on getting a 70mm until I get some new wheels and a couple other little things. Then I'll get my 70mm tp and exhaust, with a tune right after, probably later this year. I just wanted a different sound for now, and I'm sure it's bound to give me at least 5-8 horses with a 2.5tp. Which is good enough for $115!

Just a reality check for you... you will not get 5-8 hp with a test pipe (you will get 1-2 hp AT MOST). Hisham and I have a full on developed exhaust system (header, testpipe, and catback) and Hisham only dynoed 17 hp over stock. Also, not all bolt ons produce power. It's actually been dyno-proven on the S2000 that some mods make you LOSE hp. Be careful what you buy man; you can't cheap out on this car b/c the engineers did a fantastic job from the factory.

 

agreed with this post - however, it seems like a lot of people are cheaping out on this car man. its ridick how i can go through s2ki and see people just buying low quality product for our cars and looking to buy the cheapest parts available.

we are not driving 96 civics here.

 

i agree with you guys but he has the itch to change stuff like we all do. some of us on here dont have money like others. i know what everyone is going to say if you dont have the money dont do it but this is just as bad as just cutting the mufflers like others have here including me! it is going to be a temporary exhaust until he can get the other one. it think its funny how bad the inching mod bug is ha ha ha ha!!!!

 

I love the way my single sounds, I'm sure you'll love it too! I always get compliments on how my baby sounds from others as well so its not a biased opinion on my half. DUALS FOR FOOLS ;P jk yall I love duals as well, and yea man when it comes to headers I hear that's where you got to be especially safe on a loss of hp rather then a gain. CONGRATS THO!!! getting rid of that stock sound for the win ^.^ I remember when I got my intake then exhaust I was so happy on how well my girl moaned!!!

And yea like Adolfo said I stated that this is only a temp exhaust, I plan on buying the invidia sometime in the next 1-2 months. So relax I'm not gonna cheap out on my car I just got a bunch of high dollar items I want and like he also stated I just had the itch to change the look and sound.
