a friend of my father has an in-law who is a higher-up for marlboro, supposedly he can get us some pit passes....

here's to hoping marlboro stays a sponsor past 2011

So when this thing gets finished, do you think it would be restricted, or would there be a chance of driving events being held there

They're planning on having a motorsport club, from what I've gathered from their website. They'll need to make money for the rest of the year.

Also if its like Bahrain and Dubai, we should be able to get on the track long before race day, and provide them with feedback.

When I was down in Alabama a few months back I was looking at their forum, and saw that they had had an S2000 event with the drivers. It sounded like they put together a little car show prior to the race, and then as part of the pre race they did a lap with the race car drivers in their S2000. It would be awesome if some one knows how we could arrange this type of event.

Oh, and I'm just going to go ahead and call dibs if Ms. Patrick ever comes since she's already signed my radio cover and all.
