Hey..

I had fun at the last HH at Tia's, and look forward to another soon. anyone up for meeting tomorrow (Thursday)? how about 6:30 or 7:00. I welcome location suggestions, but I'll throw out mine -- Chuy's on North Lamar.

More info on the Chuy's location:

10520 North Lamar
Austin, TX 78753

I'll post a map if it looks like the HH will happen.

Hmmm...last I checked, no Chuy's existed @ Braker and 183. I assume you're talking 183 & Duval - if that's the case, parking there sucks for our beloved S2000's (always an important consideration w/ our beloved cars). The Chuy's on N. Lamar has much more open parking.

Ah, good call, Chris. Sorry about that. 183 & Duval is the location I was thinking of. Good point about parking as well. I'll edit my original post.

Yes, probably my most worthy suggestion yet, in a perfect place for almost everyone.

Dave And Busters at 183 and MoPac, by Circuit City.

I've never been there, but I hear its a bunch of fun.

I like the D&B idea. I'm 21 now, so no big deal, but I've had trouble getting in there in the past.. they have a rule where you can't go if you're under 21 unless you're with someone else who is over 25. I tried to go over Christmas break with a date (she's 20), and they refused to let us in. Actually, the bouncer made some comment suggesting that $20 would get us in, but I turned right around and walked out.

Just out of curiosity, who can confirm attendance? We have had only a few replies so far.. I don't want to show up to Chuy's or D&B alone..

Yeah, I thought so too, but this was at 2pm in the afternoon! I don't know, maybe the bouncers were just being assholes.

In any case, does this now make Dave and Busters a consensus? Maybe I should just post a poll..

Not true based on my experiences. People under 21 can't get in at all after 10:00, but even earlier they have to be with someone 25 or older. Seems stupid but that's the way it's always been.

If some guy had told me to bribe him I would have talked to the manager about it, but I'm sure you young'uns can find an older person to get you in tonight.
