Default How To?

Whats the best way to display your licsense plate from your windshield? I saw mr.grandprix has it.....is it double sided tape or what? I took my front plate off and made a grill this weekend....want to keep the plate off and put it on my shield. Also...where do you get the plugs to hide the ugly ass holes from the plate?

Thanks, and if your going to say something about me breaking the law save your breath please....

If I were to daily drive my S2000, I'd almost consider putting a front plate back on... I rarely ever drive my S2k (not even 14k miles on my '02), and I've been pulled over once and given a warning for it. I was sitting at a red light when the bike cop pulled up next to me and pulled me over; go figure.

I'm not trying to hound you about breaking the law but I wouldn't put it in the windshield. all it will do is draw the cops attention to the licence plate and they will notice that it isn't mounted on the bumper. And they will then pull you over. If you just leave it off then you will get by more cops that will not notice it missing.

I could care less about whether you run w/o a front plate, but the windshield is not a legal mounting position, and you'll just draw more attention to yourself than w/o one at all. As long as you're not a ricer, you prob. won't get any hassle having no FLP.

well this was supposed to be a temp thing untill the ricks plate holder would be ordered...but it looks clean without it, and im getting that much of the radiator exposed.

Idk what to do. I guess ill just take it down and put it in the trunk, at least then i can say it broke or something and im trying to fix it

Plus, a sharp aluminum license plate mounted to the window with suction cups is not a passenger I'd like to have in the event of a wreck.
