need a helping hand
Im possibly headed to San Antonio tuesday or wednesday of next week to pick up a hardtop. (11-8/ 11-9)
Only issue is the only way for me to bring it back is by installing it on my s2k in san antonio.
After reviewing over the diy im sure i could do it but would really like someone with experience to come with me to help me with the install. Would hate to install the roof wrong for the drive home.
Im willing to buy you lunch, all i ask for is your time.
Please let me know.
Thanks

If it's an oem top and you don't have the fitting kit installed, you can hold it down with bungie cords. Under the seat rails and attach to the ht handles. Odd suggestion I know, but I had your same predicament and searched the forums and came across this solution. Had to drive 90 miles so doubled up on the bungie cords. Just don't go blasting down the highway! lol
