can anyone give me a "how to" for clearing foggy headlights??

how much to sell the wheels? and what kind of tires? and clearing foggy headlights requires:

wet sanding
buff and polish

there are a couple mom and pop paint shops that will do it for you in like 10 min and 20 bucks. call Speed Elements or Precision R and ask for their preferred body shop they will give you a number and a good deal
