I have been dealing with Cameron. He was a little difficult to work with when I first started going there, but we've come to a common understanding....

a) I expect to have a loaner car when I bring my car there for warranty work
b) He doesn't mess with me so much when I say there's a problem.

He seems to listen a lot more to me now when I tell him something's not right.

Grinding clutch disc? What's it doing? What are the exact symptoms?

Don't you have an '02? Hmmm....

Give me some info on this -- I'm curious.

Your car is an '02, right?

I have one had that 'scraping' sound on deceleration two times since I bought my car new... I never took it in because I could not get it to reproduce at all.

On a brighter note, after having the 2nd gear grind TSB done on my '02, my car shifts BEAUTIFULLY!! I have done quite a few 9000rpm shifts from 1st to 2nd now, and NO GRINDS!!!!
