Hi! My wife and I are planning to move to Austin in 2014. She's past ready to sell the car but I want to hang on to it for S2kI events. Does the Austin group like to do drives out into the country and to special destinations? One of our favorite things about moving to the Portland area was going on group drives to see the beautiful sites in Oregon and Washington.

Welcome!

1. We have awesome roads and hills to check out... Its beautiful out here! You will not want to sell the car after a few drives.

2. Our group is hard to gather together. We have so many people from so many areas.. that its hard to make meets. I know there are smaller groups that meet up regularly and go on small drives themselves. One day we will have a 'group' meet with more than 5 S2ks. But there are great people here.

3. Try to make it to a car meet, this is where you will most likely meet some other S2k guys who go on drives. There is C&C in Leander and in Austin. There is also Cobb Tuning.
