I'm seeing a few of the same S2000 around the Austin area and figured it would be cool to meet them in the Ether.

I'll start with this one:

NFR on 620 by 2222 last Friday afternoon. Got a wave.

Chrisbert,

Most of the local S2000 owners congregate here.. Mostly SA-based posts on this forum nowadays.

Mine is a 2003 (AP1) GPW with tan and a red banner on Lakeline Blvd. But, I haven't been out in it of late.

Mine needs a wax job and the leather cleaned, hopefully soon. Plus, it needs new shocks. So, just waiting on the shocks before it goes out again.

Yes, I guess that is what happened. No more hill country drives for me. Just coffees from now on (and track events).

Unless you're approaching 70-100k miles, I don't see any way you could need new shocks unless you've done some "agricultural excursions" with your car.

Even when you were AutoCrossing that car, I never saw you push it all that hard.
