Thats why I skipped work last night...Hopefully it'll clear up by this afternoon, cause I HAVE to go to class...

Of course, I COULD just say suck it, cause I was on my bike yesterday morning in 37 degree weather. I forgot how to figure it, but on my way back from school, it was 37 deg., 85mph of wind (Headwind + speed), and something cold....

too bad I can't say the same.. Dell had originally postponed opening til 10:30am, and now they pushed it back to 1:00pm.. Don't see the point in going out there for just a few hours of work..

has anyone been on the highways? how are they?

lol... I left for work just a little later than usual this morning (around 8-8:30), and the streets were dead. Most of the morons were still at home. My driveway was iced over pretty good, but the streets weren't too bad... Just a few patches here and there, and on the bridges.

Took Vanessa to work (her car was covered in an extremely thick sheet of ice and we didn't even want to try messing with it), and made it to my office pretty easily... Was fun in the parking garage here at work on the upper levels where it was completely iced over like a hockey field... Slid the tail around at 2 mph just for fun

If you guys are in Austin, and running on stock S-02's I wouldnt try driving today.

Jason, Fvck work man. Its not worth the headache and possible damage to your car. Use a vacation day if you have to.

Here's a great story. I called in to work this morning to see if my co-worker made it in or not. He made it in fine, but had a great story. This lady was tailing him really close this morning. When he got to a stop sign, he got out of his car, and knocked on her window. She barely opened the window, and he told her to please give him more room, because of all the ice. She ignored him. They got the through the stop sign, and then she gunned it, passed him, lost control, did a 360 into the next stop sign. She was fine, but her car was dented. He stopped, rolled down his window, and gave her the Nelson Muntz laugh (HA HA). Darwinism at its best
