Default The sun has returned... Guess why?

You guys/gals can thank me for causing the sunshine to come back to Austin. The sunshine returned to our beautiful city while my car was being towed to the dealership.

It never fails... as soon as my car is out of commission the sky clears up and the sunshine returns. I will be expecting a thank you at the next h.h. for causing the sunshine to return.

Your car was towed to the dealer? Why? What happened?

Man, that sucks. I hope you had a great birthday though. So what happened to your car? You should know better than to put up a post like this and not give us the details!

Sorry for not posting the details.

Last night while driving I smelled what smelled like burnt oil, so I pulled over to a gas station and opened my hood; upon doing so, I saw smoke coming from the bottom side of my engine. After looking under the car, I saw what was causing the problem... I had transmission fluid dripping out of my transmission.

I just found out that the cause of the problem was a missing bolt; so it isn't a "big" fix, but the bolt does have to be special ordered, and I will be back in a loaner car for a day.

Enjoy the sunshine... we should have it for at least 24 hours!

Did you loosen any other bolts that I should know about?

I'll trade you information on the "other bolts" for an S2000 in running condition! Preferably in RED.

Sorry to hear that you will be out of commission again but at least it is not too serious.
