that makes me curious..
i know after a certain speed the water wont hit you..

but what about the moments it takes to get to that speed? like it will inevitably get in your car?

fortunately a few times i drove thru some scattered showers and i didn't have to slow down too much. i have pulled over to put my top up when i saw this wall of rain ahead of me. i knew it would be stop and go traffic once everyone drove thru it, so i knew i'd be drenched if i didn't =\
