Welcome Justin! I'd recommend bridgestone re01r's or dunlop direzza star specs. Can't go wrong with either if you are looking for a nice set of performance tires. Dunlop direzza star spec is probably the better bang for the buck.

As for your quandry with tires, I've not driven or been in a car equipped with yokohama s drives so I can't give you much feedback. Try this link below, you'll find a bounty of information by searching on this forum due to it being the largest s2000 forum on the internet.
