Quality was never the problem. Getting what you paid for seems to be the issue.

 

I got the T1R cf side diffusers v1. Mine broke in half at the track I had ordered J's Racing fenders and then wanted a refund. They refused, so I had to order something else instead since they wanted my money.

 

not good customer service

 

Their customer service, even for people with dealer accounts was poor.

the knocked off more than just those flares. like their 'AJR Edition' exhaust for the fit.... and all of their exhausts are direct copies of the J's stuff with different mufflers.

they also charged JDM Prices for Canadian products and everyone thought of them as a JDM company when they were far from it.

They are by far one of the hardest distributors i've ever had to deal with.

Yeah, it started with the flares. Someone bought it to resell and a j's rep said it wasn't on their catalogue. Shiat hit the fan there after.
