Need to replace an amp on my car system as I believe the currently amp is dead (won't power on, checked wiring and such already). The amp I had was the Alpine MRP - F300 200W amp powering two sets of component speakers, no subs. Should I go for an exact replacement or go for the model Alpine just release being the MRV-F300. Both power out same specs but the old one is class A/B and the new model is a class D. Which one would be the better amp for the job (I am picking between these two because small size is a factor).
