10-4 for the good guys! Big Astros fan here. Had to watch the game on the computer at work.

Kent's first at-bat = DING-DONG! Four homers in all, including two by the Bagster! Oswalt gave up one earned run through 7 innings. Hope Wade can do the same tomorrow! :fingers crossed:

:big smile on my face:

Didn't watch it, but glad to hear they won. I hope the stros' have a healthy team, if so, it looks promising this year.

True. With Hidalgo regaining some of his flexibility, he should be a factor. And get this... he's sixth in the order. The Astros 3-6 batters are Bagwell, Berkman, Kent, and Hidalgo. Pretty scary if they are all firing! Hell, even Blum had a tater tonight. If Dotel can continue to deal with setting up Billy, lights out after 7.

I know; I know. It's only one game. But, GAME ON!

They'll win their first playoff series this year. And it'll be due to the two statues of Bidge & Bags!

Sorry to hear that. I plan on getting tickets to the All-Star game next year. Can't wait to see the new venue. I saw the Astros play in Phoenix the year they opened Bank One Ballpark. I saw the Astros play at PNC its first year as well.

I can still remember seeing my first game in the Dome- 1981. I thought that place was gi-normous!

Astros lose.

Maybe it's just me, but over the last several years it seems they do not fare well in day games- to include Sundays. Oh well, if they take every series, they'll have home field advantage.

And yes, I am looking forward to the playoffs this year!!!
