Default Audio system installed

After a looong wait i could not believe that i had my system i have a 4 channel amp on 2 polk components in the doors..and i went with a JL audio 10w6 everything sounds beautiful..EXCEPT..the plastic piece that the soft top fold into rattles like CRAZY..i was wondering if anybody had a similar problem and maybe some suggestions??
FACTS: i noticed that some plugs or bolts on this piece on the driver's back side are missing
the audio shop guy suggested to open a vent from the spare tire..but i wanted to do some research before i start chopping stuff...what do u guys think??

Well that kinna gets detailed..coz i provided the speakers and the amps and everything..which mostly was bought from sonicelectronix.com
and then stereo EFX built the box in the trunk installed the amps in the spare tire well..and had to do so custom fitment for the door speakers they were too deep to fit directly and they placed the tweeters on the pillars..long story short i paid 425 dollars for instillation and wiring
