tirerack, or I have three bottles if you want one.

wish I would have seen this sooner - had a bottle in the trunk and could have dropped it off to you on my way back from MSR today, passed right by your place

How did MSR go? I was all up to going then had to bail at the last minute.. Family stuff?

Thanks all for the advice. Called up ProAm, they are a little pricey but works out pretty much with shipping and all as well.

thx

Saturday was great - perfect weather, car was set up wonderfully, was lapping faster than pretty much everyone except a lotus that just kept walking away slowly.

Sunday was a different ballgame - the rain make it a lot more interesting. Some places of the track had standing water. I played around with taking different lines and finally at the end of the 2nd session was able to find where the grip was on the track - there wasn't much of it - went through a few turns at full lock and got a few cheers from the corner workers, haha. Only lost it twice the whole day, but managed to keep it on track everytime - not even a wheel off. The last session dried up a lot and i was able to go almost as fast as Saturday - maybe 6 or 7 seconds off that pace, compared to about 35-40 seconds slower when there was standing water.

I'll probably be going to Texas World Speedway on the 19th and 20th with their performance driving school if you're interested.

Did HPDEs in the rain twice. Interesting to say the least. Those are times I wished I had a pure track car that I wouldn't have second thoughts about planting into a wall. I thought that way with my yellow S until I saw the smiley bumper launch 20 feet into the air on the back straights @ TWS

driving backwards on the rough grass at 120mph (I probably throttle-lifted ever so slightly going CW at the beginning of the back straight - turn8?)
