lol at at curt charging 700 bucks. seriously its something you can do with a friend. should take you an hour and half.

i kid you not its 5 bolts on each side and the old shocks come out and the new one come in. for alignment hit up DuuMa (lol, isn't that a bad word in Vietnamese?) and even less on the rear. hell only took me and Dennis a couple of hours and we were fighting tophats on my KW V3's.

protip: use lubricant to loosen up the bolts

He says you need to drop the subframe to do it? And it comes with an alignment. SOS clutch feels like stock btw. The pedal is slightly stiffer, slight chatter on launches but nothing when rolling. Even with the 11.X lb flywheel it's not hard at all city driving, you just have to have a bit more timing to avoid a jerk. Even then the jerk is only mildly noticeable.

i'm in. just PM me Thanasis.

and lol at dropping the subframe to do it. maybe that's one way to do it but, the usual way is just get a 2x4 and use leverage to pop the shock out. not a hard install but can be time consuming if doing it by yourself.

i'm down for starbucks.

to Hoang,

the kw v3's were installed pretty spur of the moment honestly didn't think i was going to install that soon.

Ya..the adjustment phase sucks. I figured out a good trick though, when you take off the stockers measure them mounting hole to mounting hole, uncompressed. Then on the coilovers, measure them height wise and subtract how much of a drop you want.
