i've shown up in the venture...I miss going to the dinners, but things have always surfaced that I would attend b/c it's family related or somethign of the sort. Just kind of happened that way. I still stay in touch with those s2k owners I've met that feel like talkin back...whether they have an s2k or not.
Cars come and go, but "buds" and "friends" stay for a long long time ...

and I check the board every so often just to remain a pain in the a$$.My new job has taken everything out of me, plus the S is gone.
Out here in West Texas the roads are so straight that the car got boring, fast is nice but without the twisties it just isn't fun.
My new rides are a 2004 Honda Element, gotta have one to love one.
And my brand new 2005 Harley Road Glide, Pearl Yellow. Gotta stay loyal to the color.
Whenever I go thru Houston I try to give a shout out to Cammie and Bruce, and if you all are having a GTG I'll cruise up in my "E", hell according to the lot of you I couldn't keep up with the S anyway, lol....
I still check in on occasion. Getting ready for my second hip replacement surgery since November. Have moved twice since my divorce (still in The Woodlands) and work is hectic. Don't have the time I once did, but still enjoy pushing hard up through the North country when I can. The surgeries have helped keep my mileage down as I have about 42k on it now. Will not be able to drive for 3 weeks after my next surgery on March 21st and will once again give the car a break.
