Flying pebble!
I got smacked by a pebble that cause a snowflake on my winshield. Therefore what should I do in this situation? I know I should get it fix so it doesn't spread. Where should I do this etc...?
Depending on your level of anality (made up word) you may want to consider getting a new windshiled if it's bad enough. I had a large starburst crack a year or so ago, and I just wasn't going to live with it. I have glass insurance coverage with Geico and it has it's own deductible which was about $250 or $300. Just the windshield alone was $460 from Honda, then there's installation. So, you may want to consider the possibilty of getting it replaced...but there are other options. Check with your insurance.
Do you want to go get the windshield filled? Bruce and cammie pointed out to me a place on Louetta that repairs cracks for around 10-15 bucks. Im probably going to go get that done to, because i have a snowflake on my winshield also. If you're up for it let me know, i'll go with ya.

As long as it isn't to large, get to it quick. Anything the size of a quarter, is no problem to fix. My father used to do windshield repairs. But do it before it begins to creep across the windshield.

Call your insurance agent.
They will recommend a place to get it repaired and it should be free.
That's what I've always done. The way these guys see it, it's $15 that they pay rather than more $$$ towards a new windshield.

I talked to some fellow employees and they told me about this guy name Scott Klein. He's been doing it for Unocal employees for years. He came to my work and did it in 30 minutes. Instead of just the one I saw initially he showed me 3 other spots that I didn't notice or didn't think it was a problem. It was $49 total and includes lifetime warranty. Since the fix, there is no physical damaged to be seen.

The best thing to do is get it done for free.
GO to Mr. Carwash and they will fill it for free after they take your insurance info. It doesn't go down as a claim. I think they have some kind of agreement with all insurance companies.
